ABSTRACT
Airbus is now a successful globally operating company with a workforce more than 20,000 in Germany alone and around 53,000 employees worldwide.
This project deals with different organizational aspects of Airbus going from Airbus being a social organism presenting standards for social responsibility and diversity to being a huge multinational company and the fiercest rival to Boeing by implementing powerful organizational processes in terms of making decisions, strategic planning, organizing, controlling, managing resources, Influencing and other organizational aspects contributing to today’s Airbus as one of the pioneers in the aircraft industry.
